Post 4 – Part time (26 hours per week/4 days per week) Temporary until August 2025

We are looking for caring, flexible and committed team members to join our school family. We have several posts which will involve supporting the educational, personal, social and emotional development of pupils, under the direction of class teachers. Recent primary school experience is highly advantageous. Knowledge and experience of working with children with SEND is desirable but not essential.

 We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate:

  • experience of supporting pupils of different abilities
  • knowledge of the National Curriculum for Key Stages 1 and 2
    patience and compassion;
  • the ability to work flexibly;
  • excellent interpersonal skills, being able to communicate effectively with pupils, staff, parents and other professionals;
  • a proactive, self-motivated approach but also able to work as part of a team;
  • a willingness to learn and develop existing skills;
  • a commitment to safeguarding;
  • a sense of humour;
  • willingness to ‘go the extra mile’.
