Our Curriculum

Reading is taught through a whole-class guided reading approach, based on the James Durrant model, where discussion is lively, thinking runs deep, and children develop the courage to share ideas, justify opinions, and challenge one another as thoughtful readers.

In mathematics, we follow White Rose Maths, ensuring learning is carefully sequenced, engaging, and accessible to all. In French, Language Angels brings language learning to life through interactive lessons that build confidence and enthusiasm. Kapow Music encourages children to perform, compose, and experiment with sound, developing creativity, teamwork, and self-expression.

Physical Education is delivered through Premier Sport, providing high-quality coaching that develops fundamental skills, teamwork, resilience, and a lifelong love of being active. Through sport, children learn perseverance, fair play, and the courage to challenge themselves.
